Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. While I understand things come up, please know that I fully enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. No call/No-show will be required to pay 100% of their service fee. Please be courteous of my time, and my other clients that wait patiently for appointments. This policy is strictly enforced.
